Currently, the stable Nothing OS 4.0 update is being released to a limited number of users on the Phone (3a) and Phone (3a) Pro devices. Nothing plans to begin a wider rollout once the initial launch proceeds without issues. Users should ensure they upgrade the Essential Space app to the latest version to take full advantage of the enhanced Flip to Record feature. As always, it’s recommended to back up all important data before installing the update.
In related news, some Nothing Phone 2 users have recently received access to Android 16/Nothing OS 4. Although the Lock Glimpse ad feature is present, it is not activated by default, and no additional ads have been reported.
